Two exterior steps or ramp entry (no steps required) when entering the home, inside the apartment are no steps, and a large standing shower - making this place a potential hotspot for elderly guests or people with mobility challenges. â NO SMOKING INSIDE â Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. â NO PARTIES/EVENTS â We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. â We DO NOT allow cooking with strong aromatic foods â such as curry or fish fry, as our guest turnover doesn't allow time to properly remove the smell. We do not have a designated area for this type of cooking on-premises. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more.
