Great stay in the North Side. We picked this location for its walkable distance to PNC park. The waterfront park is adjacent. Randyland is a few short blocks away (an oasis for the kiddos). Mayfly market in deli is a clutch spot for provisions, and the gelato is excellent. The house is charming and well appointed. Parking in the lot is very convenient. A+ all the way.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael. Came to PA and needed a place at 7pm at night. Michael was more than accommodating and had us all booked and checked in within 10-15 minutes. He checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was going well and made the instructions for checkout very very easy. 10/10 would recommend, he made a stressful moment very easy.

Michael's place is amazing! Very spacious and beautiful home. The neighborhood is beautiful and had amenities very close by. Rooms were big and beds very comfortable. Michael thought about everything: even though we don't have a baby, our room had a crib, changing table and a sink. I loved the sink in our bedroom! I really recommend this place!

The house was lovely and exactly as advertised. We were there to move our child into Point Park University and the location was convenient to both downtown and the shopping area about 15 minutes north of the neighborhood with Target, Home Depot, a mall, etc. Everyone was comfortable with their own room and bathroom. We weren't at the house much, but one day did walk around the neighborhood to get breakfast, admire a community garden and see Randlyland and it was very pretty and safe.

Close walk to PNC park and had a great breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Getting into the house was easy with clear parking instructions. cute patio for our friends to enjoy, and had all of our needs in the kitchen. Also loved that each of our bedrooms had their own bathroom.

Great place for our short three day stay. We truly enjoyed proximity to all parts of Pittsburgh and the Allegheny Rivers Trail Park which is a lovely place along the river within a short walk from the townhouse.

Loved our stay at Michaels Mexican War District house so much. It was within a 6 min walk to a great coffee house ( Yinz) and a cute little store called Mayfly ( 5 min) that has a lot of snacks and unique treats. Also about a 10 min walk to Allegheny General Hospital which was the inspiration and partial shooting location for the show ‘The Pitt’ on MAX. Great park nearby and close to Randyland the happiest and possibly most amazingly demented place on earth! About the place itself.. Tucked around back down a few steps and in the basement of the cutest and very well maintained house you find the most gorgeous and modern gem ever. It’s decked out with every imaginable amenity that you could think of. The bed is very comfortable with 4 amazing pillows. TVs adorn the wall in both the LR and the Bedroom. It’s like one long room creatively separated into unique and comfortable spaces. Everything was very clean. Amazing well appointed shower. I can’t say enough about this place. A+ digs!

Michael was an excellent host and I would be happy to stay at one of his properties again. One thing that stood out to me was that it is clear that Michael is focused on making a better experience for his guests. In the few months leading up to my visit, I read some of the other reviews and found that he had clearly taken them to heart and improved the place. To be specific, there were baby gates, a Window A/C Unit on the top floor, and good blinds for blocking light to create a dark environment for sleeping. I really respect that he saw what others were saying and made actionable improvements. Thank you Michael!
